Let’s face it, finding a good realtor can be nothing short of an arduous task.  But we were lucky to be referred to Mark & Cynthia Cohn of Sotheby’s International Realty.  Our passed experience with other realtors was nothing short of a really bad dream.  But Mark and Cynthia changed all of that. 

Before ever meeting with us, Cynthia prepared a complete market analysis of our neighborhood, and she had one for the areas that we were seeking to buy into.  At our appointment, Cynthia presented everything in a tasteful, professional, and very informative manner.  She then asked us “what are your expectations of us?”  If a realtor asks you about your expectations of them, to me that says that they are working for you.  I like that.

Listing our house with Mark & Cynthia Cohn is the reason why we were able to sell our house and find the right one to buy.  Even when the market started to look pretty dismal, they still took all of our needs to heart and worked extremely hard to get our house sold. To Mark & Cynthia, we were like family and they looked at what was most important to us, which made it important to them. 

We are extremely happy where are living now, but there is no question of who we would choose to represent us and our home should we ever decide to sell/buy again.
